01What size company is the 8-Week Sprint designed for?
The Sprint is built for growing companies with 50-200 employees. At this stage, your processes that worked at 30 people start breaking at 80+. You're scaling fast, probably hiring, and your operations team is drowning in manual work. If you've just raised funding, hired a COO/Head of Ops, or keep hearing "it's documented in Sarah's head" — we're a fit.
02How is this different from hiring a traditional consulting firm?
Consultants deliver reports. We deliver working systems. Traditional firms charge 500K-1M SEK for 6-12 month engagements that end with a PowerPoint — then you still have to build everything yourself. We embed with your team, map your processes in week 1, and ship 2 production workflows by week 8. You get documentation AND automation running in your systems.
03What exactly do we get at the end of the 8 weeks?
You get: (1) Complete process documentation — how your operations actually work, not how you think they work. (2) Two production workflows live in your systems, automating real work. (3) Team training so your people can use and maintain what we built. (4) Four weeks of post-launch support for issues and refinements. (5) Access to Process Hub — our SOP platform with AI assistant to manage and extend your processes.
04Our processes aren't documented anywhere. Is that a problem?
That's actually the most common situation — and exactly why we start with Week 1 process mapping. We interview your process owners, watch how work actually gets done, and create the documentation that doesn't exist. No prep work required from you. We extract the knowledge that currently lives in people's heads and turn it into documented, repeatable workflows.
05How much of our team's time does this require?
Minimal disruption to your operations. In Week 1, we need 3-5 hours of interviews with process owners. After that, we build in parallel — your team keeps running operations while we develop the workflows. We check in weekly for feedback and decisions, but the heavy lifting is on us. You're not hiring consultants who need hand-holding; you're hiring builders who ship.
06What does the 8-Week Sprint cost?
Early adopter pricing starts at $15,000 (150K SEK), which is 40% off our standard rate — available until end of 2025. This includes the full Sprint, team training, 4 weeks post-launch support, and ongoing access to Process Hub. We scope everything in Week 1, so there are no surprise costs.
07What tools do you integrate with? We use Salesforce/HubSpot/Slack/etc.
We're tool-agnostic builders. We've built workflows integrating with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), communication tools (Slack, Teams), databases, ERPs, custom APIs, and more. In Week 1, we map your existing tech stack and select workflows that work with what you already have. No rip-and-replace — we build on your current infrastructure.
08What happens after the 8-week Sprint? Are we locked into ongoing fees?
After the Sprint, the workflows we built are yours — running in your systems. You get 4 weeks of included support to smooth out any issues. Process Hub continues at simple per-user pricing if you want to keep using it, but it's not required. No lock-in. Many clients come back for additional Sprints as they scale, but that's because they want to — not because they have to.
