A participant is someone who completes an interview. If you send the same interview to 50 people and 30 complete it, that's 30 participants. Unused invitations don't count.

02Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades happen at the end of your billing period. We prorate charges fairly.

03Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, annual billing saves you about 15% compared to monthly. Pay once a year and get 2 months free.

04What happens when I hit my participant limit?

You'll see a notification when you're close to your limit. You can upgrade anytime to add more participants. Existing interviews aren't affected.

05Is there a free trial for Pro?
