I hold two Master's degrees in Data Science from KTH (Stockholm) and Université Côte d'Azur (Nice). I've built data and AI products at PostHog (YC W20), worked on financial AI systems at Klarna and PayPal, and helped scale fintech products at Juni and Anyfin.
Then I founded Finna -- an AI adoption platform that helps mid-market companies actually integrate AI into their operations. Building Finna taught me something: the technology is rarely the bottleneck. People are. Most teams don't need better tools. They need someone to sit next to them and show them how to use what they already have.
That's why I started the Academy. Not as a course factory, but as the training I wish existed when I was helping teams adopt AI. Small groups. Real work. No slides about "the future of AI" -- just practical patterns you use Monday morning.
I've seen what happens when adoption works: marketers who reclaim half their week, product managers who prototype in hours instead of days, founders who move at twice the speed with the same team. That's what I want for your team too.

The AI at Your Desk method
Most AI training teaches tools in a vacuum. We teach workflows in context -- your context. Here are the five pillars that make our method different.
Learn by doing your actual work
No toy demos or generic exercises. You bring your real tasks, spreadsheets, and workflows to every session. Every exercise uses the tools you already have open. The goal is that you walk out with something you can use the next morning.
Small groups, max 5 people
Enough people for discussion and diverse perspectives, few enough for individual attention. Everyone gets hands-on help with their specific use case. No one gets left behind or bored.
Taught by a builder, not a guru
Your instructor builds AI products every day. This isn’t motivational fluff from someone who read a blog post -- it’s practical patterns from someone who ships AI features to production.
Workflow-first
We don’t teach tools in a vacuum. We map your existing workflow, identify the highest-leverage AI insertion points, and build sustainable habits around them. The tool is always secondary to the workflow.
Follow-up built in
Every workshop includes async follow-up sessions. We check what stuck, troubleshoot what didn’t, and adjust your approach. Learning doesn’t end when the session does.
